FCPT Announces Tax Treatment of 2017 Distributions

(NYSE: FCPT), a real estate investment trust primarily engaged in the ownership of high-quality, net-leased restaurant properties (“FCPT” or the “Company”), announced today the tax characterization of its 2017 common stock distributions as shown below.

The common stock dividend of $0.275 per share that was paid on January 12, 2018, with a record date of December 29, 2017, will be applicable to the 2018 tax year.
